CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change and unexpected things come up, so we gladly accept cancellations and rescheduling.
We recognize the time of our clients is valuable, just like our staff's time, and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible.
-No fees will be incurred if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
-Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
-A “No-show” of an appointment :
50% of your service total will be charged.

LATE ARRIVAL
What You Need to Know
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the complete service for which you have been scheduled. We will make every effort to make sure you receive the remaining amount of your appointment time, but you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking. If it is not possible to provide the service in the time remaining, you will be asked to reschedule.
